August-Garden Update

I think the pumpkins are taking over. The garden isn't doing bad. We've picked yellow squash, tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, spinach, buttercup squash. The peppers are just starting to have little peppers on them, I was starting to wonder if they would do anything. They were getting really tall but not producing anything. We have lots of different pumpkins and one watermelon starting to grow so far.

The garden July 8th and August 4th.

My watermelon plant peaking thru the backyard fence, and then in the frontyard... it's almost double in size since the 5th and has 2 watermelons on it, one the size of a football and it wasn't there a week ago.

A few of the vegetables we've picked from the garden to far.

Pumpkin bloom and birdhouse gourd bloom.

The garden and a buttercup squash.

Gavin loves to help pick veggies and water the garden.

I am so jealous of your garden. We skipped on this year, but are making preparations to have one next year. I can't wait! Your's looks like it is doing good.
